AndroNovaVirus, the long promised debut album for Statler and Waldorf is an energetic rock/electro fusion combining elements of electronic styles from trance to breaks with rock riffs and vocals. After last year’s EP Collusions and the hit single Bass Buffer (which is still receiving airplay on JJJ), this release will surprise those not familiar with the S&W live shows from which the material is drawn with its powerful beats and driving feel. From the opening textures of You Again through the Prodigyesque breaks of The Resistance and remixes including Sarah Blasko’s ‘Don’t U Eva’ and ‘Bass Buffer’ (from the EP) this album faithfully reflects the production and composition talents that have established Statler and Waldorf as one of the foremost electronic acts in the country.

The album features the forthcoming singles Duck ’n Cover and The Resistance. The film clip for Duck ‘n Cover was shot in Fortitude Valley’s iconic Moonbar and will be released in October.
